The following Privacy Policy is based on terms suggested by Shopify. Throughout this policy, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” will refer to the YOOS Team and/or to third parties service providers, as the case may be. The terms “you” and “yours” will refer to you, the user or visitor of this website.

Your Personal Information is used by us with third parties, as described above. When using the currency converter service, your IP address is used to determine your location and currency exchange rate. The currency will be stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
Finally, your Personal Information may also be used to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, your Order Information will be maintained for records purposes only and until you ask us to delete this information.
Nowadays, most business models use and value users data. The YOOS Team values instead the user privacy and the data confidentiality. As a result, your own data stored on your own system will truly remain private and confidential and will be treated as such by the YOOS Team where only a very few personnel may access it upon your written request only.
As a general rule, YOOS users are advised to activate encryption tools whenever available.
