Damages found upon delivery


Items and packaging found damaged upon delivery 

1. Such cases should be covered by the carrier insurance and may require repair or replacement as described in the warranty clause. 

2. In case of damaged items received, the client will use the contact form (subject Damages found upon delivery) to inform the YOOS team within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the damaged item. For the YOOS Team to be able to investigate the matter, the client will: 

a. send pictures of the damaged packaging 
b. explain in a few lines what happened and when
c. provide a copy of the original invoice 

If the client fails to report the damages within the above time frame, the YOOS team will not be able to file a claim with the carrier and no solution will be offered. 

3. Upon the YOOS Team request, the client may have to return the damaged itemin the original packaging. Failing which the YOOS Team may not be able to repair or replace the item ordered.
